WHY?
"Reset Fitness was born from personal experience. A few years ago I injured my back and went through the frustration of trying to recover, rebuild, and figure out what my body actually needed. I know what it feels like to be in pain and not know where to turn. I know how hard it is to bounce back when nothing seems to be working. And I know how much difference the right coaching makes when you're trying to get your body back on track.
That experience is the reason Reset Fitness exists in Dubbo.
When I looked at what was available in this region for people aged 30 to 60, people dealing with pain, going through menopause, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to train in a space that actually understood their body I saw a gap. A big one. There was nowhere in Dubbo that felt genuinely safe, welcoming, and built around the people who needed it most. So I built it.
At Reset Fitness, we do things differently. Every program is built around you, your body, your history, your goals. We take the time to actually understand what's going on before we put a barbell in your hands. We stay up to date with the latest research so that what we're doing is evidence-based, not guesswork. And we bring qualifications that most gyms simply don't have including specialized certifications in training through menopause, training during pregnancy, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
We believe that a lot of people in Dubbo are living with pain they've been told to just manage. We don't accept that. Pain is not something you have to live with and in most cases, the right training is the most powerful tool you have to change it.
